Frequently asked questions
It is as easy as weighing, labelling, filling and paying. Really. Just follow these simple steps: 1. Weigh your container of choice in-store using our scale. Write the weight of the container on the bottom, or on a sticker or label. As long as it is clear.
2. Fill the container with your products of choice - as much or as little as you like.
3. Give your containers to our friendly shop manager to way again. We subtract the weight of the container so that you only pay for the product you filled it with.
You are more than welcome to bring your own containers from home to use in-store. You can even reuse old plastic containers, in fact, we encourage you to reuse what you have. But we offer free home compostable paper bags and several different types of glass containers for you to purchase if that is the aesthetic you're going for.
Yes, we have a list of all our in-store prices. Please note that prices might change on short notice and may not correspond with this list. Online prices might also differ from in-store prices due to packaging costs.

Where possible we try to stock only natural, non-GMO, organic, eco-friendly, vegan, and cruelty-free products. But as we support a host of local and hyper-local producers, this is not always possible. So although some of our products are organic, they might not be "certified organic". Many small producers cannot afford the certification process or the cost has to be transferred to you, the consumer, which we try to avoid.
